The centre is open from 9.30 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, complete with changing rooms and all connected services. Anything you might need to hire or buy we can provide. For us to give you the best possible service we suggest you book ahead the treatment of your choice; should you wish to cancel we ask that you do it no later than 24 hours beforehand, otherwise half of the cost of the service must be met.

Sauna - (Duration: 20´)
The sauna deep cleanses, thus making the skin radiant and transparent and the tissues more elastic. The heat also promotes relaxation and improves sleep. Thalassotherapy - Sea oil bath - (Duration: 10´)
The special concentration of magnesium salts and the particular temperature both combine to favour ionic exchange which reduces stress and promotes drainage – the perfect cure for edema, muscular traumas, skin allergies, water retention, osteo-articular complaints and many other pathologies. The treatment helps prevent and cure skin diseases, allergies, and other complaints: from psoriasis right through to cellulite in its early stages.
